Reviews and Ratings
The Divine Resort on Lakshman Jhula Road offers clean and spacious rooms with updated amenities like a mini-bar, electronic safe, and toiletries kit, although the toiletries kit is a bit basic. The staff provided excellent service, being very cooperative and resolving issues promptly, even in the rainy weather. The location is extremely convenient, nestled between Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula, providing a quiet and peaceful setting with beautiful views of green mountains. However, the dining experience had some downsides with slow service and replenishment issues. Overall, the Divine Resort is a great choice for a comfortable stay in a serene location.
The hotel offers beautiful rooms with soothing interiors and a great view. The service is exemplary, bringing warmth and hospitality, especially Akriti at the lounge. The location is fantastic, close to the market, temples, and with a cool hipster vibe. The dining experience had a blend of Indian and international cuisine, but service was slow. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights.
The hotel's rooms are neat and clean, providing good service, although being in the second block near a construction site was a downside. The location is excellent, overlooking the majestic Ganges River, but the service could be improved. The dining experience was enjoyable with a variety of traditional Indian breakfast items. Overall, a great location with some room for service enhancement.
Despite the unpleasant smell in the room and deceptive 'river-facing room' marketing leading to higher charges, my overall stay at Divine Resort was enjoyable with courteous service. The location along the Ganges offers stunning views, though the dining options could use some improvement.
The hotel offers well-maintained rooms with a full bathtub and a shower cubicle, each uniquely designed. The staff, including Mr Anil and Ms. Kavita, provided exceptional service, from booking to upgrading us to a presidential suite. However, the rooms do not have a river view.
